I did this 30″x 40″ painting of my Reverie Birds. I’m building a body of traditional medium works along with my digital paintings. but it was nice to go out with a bang using a big canvas size with this one! 
* a little background:” Reverie is a synonym for dream… and as an artist my mind is always thinking about something. i created these birds as a metaphor for how my mind is always traveling to somewhere. These birds also are from this digital piece i did a couple of years ago called The Dream Threshold. as seen here:
There’s still more development to do with these characters that I have. but that’s a work in progress. Anyway, I hope you’ve enjoyed this post. there will be more in the future so stay tuned!
