In the continuation of working on this series dealing with the goddess personification of the concepts of wealth and love, I would like to highlight a new painting, and also an update of the series symbol. So far I like the way the series is playing out, however it is far from done for me.
Updated series symbol: the Intertwined Dollar Sign Heart symbol

The difference in the flow of the design to me is definitely better. As with the concept to elevate that is evident in my logo, I feel like this is an improvement overall because the nature of the 2 symbols overall are curvy and they play better together- that’s why I ditched the boxy dollar sign rendering.
Zivasace (a parody of Versace’s logo)
Just to recap, in my series, Ziva is the goddess of wealth. Sometimes I do these pieces that have a pun-like wittiness to it. I think I was thinking about Ziva wearing VersaceĀ and somehow I combined the words Ziva and Versace and got Zivasace. I mean it seems obvious that a wealth goddess should be paired with a high end fashion brand!
The original Versace logo has Medusa ( I believe it was the pre-cursed Medusa at that) with a circle around it with the Greek design pattern in the middle:
So I just took out the Medusa’s face and replaced with Ziva’s face:
Add paint:
Honestly I had a lot of fun painting this. I couldn’t help but pose with it:
That’s all for now. I am in the process of penning a new painting involving Tamani, the goddess of love. I am still working out the composition and shading and all that so I won’t say too much more about it.. but it looks like it’s back in the studio for me.
Until next time!
