The Look of Royalty

Here’s a painting of the combined dollar sign/heart symbol which I appropriately titled Emblem because It has that dynasty /royal family look to it.

I want to cultivate an empire-like look in my work that doesn’t necessarily have to be “in your face” all the time, but that makes you feel like you’re part of a great civilization…that also has the supernatural overtones (which to me is a necessity in fantasy art). That goes in line with the concept of being so elevated you’re amongst gods.

It won’t be overnight, but I have faith in my abilities…

I’ll have some more new work to post in the future when I am finished developing my ideas.

Stay elevated for now. Until next time ☁👑

Feelin’ like a Million Bucks (Z-Note Completed)

    Greetings:

A million bucks in your wallet would sound real nice right now wouldn’t it? I know I wouldn’t mind it myself… but if I can’t have it for now, then it I can just paint it!

If it’s still unclear what I am talking about, a while back I had posted a blog entry of a painting of a 1 million dollar bill that I conceptualized.  At the time
it was still a work in progress, but now (and actually quite some time ago), I have completed it. Here’s a shot of the final version:

    image

To recap, the piece is called Z-Note after the wealth goddess I created named Ziva (think of that lady on NCIS). Complete with the Intertwined-Dollar Sign-Heart Symbol, elevated cloud logo, slogan and other important elements.  Goddess Ziva looks so lovely on the front of the bill doesn’t she?

As far as the significance of this painting is concerned, this represents the side of me that wants to make money off of art. Painting a one million dollar bill definitely drives that point home. Plus I realize things like these are  possible to achieve… I just need to keep working at it and say fuck all of the doubt.

All of the insignia on the bill is a reference to doing things in the biggest way all on your terms because you didn’t listen to your negative minded society. I think we all have greatness within us, it just has to be nurtured and then mastered.

That’s all for this blog entry…I’m currently working on another painting of the intertwined dollar sign heart symbol representing the current series I’m working on. Stay tuned!

Sketchup -Liquid Sketches in a bottle

    Good Evening!

This blog post is about an artistic concept that I came up with.. a play on words, with ketchup,
this is Sketchup. I thought to myself, what if you combined ink, pencil, paint, some drawings that you’ve
done and then add a super secret mysterious ingredient that makes the mediums interact with each other in such
a way that it creates an instant drawing when poured on any type of surface?

    Preliminary sketch for SKetchup

Think about it;  You want a tattoo design mocked up, pour some on your arm.
throw some on a wall you have a mural
have a blank shirt? pour some Sketchup on it to create an instant t-shirt design!

These are some of the scenarios I’ve come up with for Sketchup. Granted, I’ve only done a picture of it essentially
introducing it to the world of R.Mac, the idea in itself has a lot of potential.

New Painting in progress: Tamani and Ziva

Greetings, I have been pretty busy with production of another piece of art. I am doing a painting of my goddesses Tamani and Ziva; the goddesses of Passion and Wealth R.Mac’s Elevated cloud logo represents (among many other things) the limitless creative mind and where I want to and can go with it. With that said, with this project, I was attempting to show fantasy art in a more graphics style despite the presence of realistic detail. this work still has a long way to go and will incorporate graffiti like influences into the fabric of the work to give it a different feel.. Nevertheless, here’s a compilation of the shots from sketch phase to the current phase of the painting i’ve captured thus far… 10580969_812415555502312_3079978139061651696_o 11193349_819842134759654_1605313033834155686_n10982272_819947941415740_4029953686226435390_n11224124_820449771365557_3982631857662985996_n11259207_820652171345317_8874070618410183244_n11203008_821369741273560_6832465010899899124_n10458838_821470044596863_2892817300573885_n, It’s a pretty safe bet to say that I am pleased with the evolution of this work of art  at this point…the more I am able to render these characters, the better I see them taking on a life of their own which is exactly what I want. The more that happens, the more I will put them in situations that further defines their character. I will most likely post a part 2 of this as I make more moves to finish this up in a timely manner. Until next time, -R.Mac It’s a pretty safe bet that

    20 Unusually Art Mediums

The elevated cloud logo of R.Mac symbolizes unlimited potential and creativity… With that said, I am amazed at some of  the obscure materials that people use to make their art projects, especially when rendered to resemble something realistic  It really goes to show that there’s no limit to what creative minds can accomplish.  Here’s 20 different mediums of art and the beautiful content that emerges from them. Enjoy!
